Went today with 5 kids aged 9, 7,7,5, and 3. The staff and other people eating could have been grumpy and annoyed but I got lots of smiles and kindness instead! I was so busy keeping the kids in line and running to bathrooms I missed the staffs names but just wanted to say thank you for great service and sweet smiles. :) it didn't go unnoticed!

This was one of the better experiences I've had at a Bob Evans. The service was good. We all enjoyed the food that we got. There wasn't a long wait. Most of the staff were very friendly and being helpful to everyone. The prices were about average for the area.

The service was excellent considering there was only one waitress. Very professional and she made sure you had everything you needed. Gave her a generous tip because she earned it. I hope they give her a raise in pay for a job well done.
